Computer Simulation for Solar Cooling (Storage Tank)

The purpose of this project is simulating the Solar Cooling System by employing con- centrating collectors, absorbtion chiller and storage tanks. A steam-driven triple effect absorption chiller is used as a new technique for saving CO2 emission in the air conditioning field. This machine is a cooling device, it uses the solar thermal energy as energy source. A hot water storage tank is used in addition to cold water storage tank, since we depend on the solar thermal energy, so we must have the hot water storage tank to be able to use the system while there is no sun light and the cold water storage tank is used for the air-conditioning. A solar concentrating collector is used for solar thermal energy absorbtion.
